The Club's Annual General Meeting will be held in the Clubhouse at 10.30am.

Members are reminded any business they wish to put before the AGM must be in the hands of the Secretary, Ian Tweedie, at least 14 days before the meeting, i.e. by Friday 23rd October at the latest.

Members wishing to put a motion before the AGM are advised to check the wording of their motion with the Secretary, Ian Tweedie, or the Chairman, Del Herod, in time to make any neccessary amendments before final submission by 23rd October. Whilst amendments to motions will be accepted from the floor, only properly worded motions appearing on the order papers will be put before the meeting.

Immediately following the AGM there will be an Open Forum, at which point Members may raise any issue for debate. This will of course not be a part of the AGM and therefor not a decision making meeting. The new Executive or other appropriate committees/sub-committees will however be expected to take on board issues raised and comments made at the Open Forum.
